AI COMMERCIALIZATION AND STRATEGY WORKSHOP
AI technology is changing business models and job roles and changing the competitive field. Organizations are finding out that AI is bringing new competitive threats, whereby there is a need for organizations to evaluate how AI could be used to protect the current business model and build new offerings. The business of commercializing AI products presents unique challenges, and the TELLUS AI commercialization workshops are dedicated to assisting organizations in leveraging their intellectual property (IP) for commercial success.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
TELLUS AI Commercialization and Strategy Workshop is a highly interactive three-stage workshop model. The workshop focuses on identifying potential AI use cases and building a roadmap for a commercial software solution. The roadmap includes the definition of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that allows the organization to evaluate the business idea by reaching out to prospective customers. TELLUS uses industry-strength business modeling frameworks such as Business Model and Value Proposition Canvas as part of the workshop delivery. The workshop can be either virtual or in-person.
